Can you change the colours on the template for me?
I am afraid we dont offer any bespoke services in house for making changes to the template but you will get all the images and code once your purchase so anyone with web design experience can make any changes for you.
The optional install service is to hire a technical person in the office if you do not have the experience to set up the shop on your domain yourself. If you do not order this option your shop will come as a download. You will have to hire your own technical person to do the installation for you if you dont have the experience your self.
You will need experience with MYSQL, PHP and FTP to do the install.
There is guide and install system but it will be a very steep learning curve if you have not attempted anything like this before.
Yes. We offer web hosting support and shop software support with all our packages. You will also receive a link to the software manual and online forums so you can chat to other users of the software.
We are on hand to help with any technical issues. We also offer premium support packages.
Am I right in thinking the products are preinstalled on the site?
Yes these are all built in and ready to trade. The site will be propogated with the stock on the day of install so you are 100% up to date. If you then wish to automate the adding of new items as we release them take a look at the Automation category from the menu.
If you do not go for automation then any new items can be added manually to your inventry by using the online admin area
What is the difference between the packages. Why are they a different price? The underlying ecommerce software we use to run the shops is the same. The difference is price is purely down to the quality of the design.
